It's about Sivas massacre. It's an event that 37 intellectuals were killed by burning in Sivas 19 years ago.
The criminals were not caught and the litigation was not resulted for 19 years.
Yesterday it was decided nonsuit because of timeout. And this decision caused a huge reaction in Turkey.
